Boiled Beef

Cut beef tendon into large strips, add ginger, garlic and star anise fruit. Bring to a boil in the pressure cooker and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the slices after cooking. It takes an hour to cook with an electric pressure cooker

Tips:
Beef must be cooked or it won’t bite. Use tendon meat instead of lean meat. This dish is slightly spicy. If you like to eat it very spicy, you can put a few small chili peppers before serving.
