I have never liked to order takeaways. I have to go out to eat or eat at home. I always feel that the taste will be greatly reduced after the takeout is delivered. It is better to cook at home if you want to eat!

1. The first step is to steam a pot of white rice~

2. Large collection of ingredients ~ peeled potatoes and carrots, washed and cut into hob pieces, shredded onion, sliced ginger, and cut beef into small pieces (blanched and drained)

3. Heat oil and stir fry the onions in the pan.

Tips:

The beef needs to be cooked under cold water, otherwise the meat will become hard.
