Boiled Cabbage

Take the young leaves of cabbage and cut into large pieces, wash and set aside

Cut the ham with an oblique knife. My ham sausage is made by myself in the market and it is very clean and hygienic.

Put a little broth in the pot. boiled

Put the cabbage leaves and ham and simmer for a few minutes. Add salt and chicken essence and cook until the cabbage stalks are soft. I usually cook for five minutes

Lift the pot and serve it on the plate. Put some chopped green onion
