Boiled Peanuts

Wash fresh peanuts in shell for later use,

Pour water into the pot and peanuts,

Into the fennel,
4.
After a little boil, add salt, cover and cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes to make it more delicious.

Drain and serve,

Tips:
Choose fresh peanuts that have not sprouted, preferably red peanuts.
