Braised Beef Curry

Beef: blanch and clean, cut carrots, potatoes, and slice ginger.

Heat the pan, pour in sesame oil, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add beef and stir fry until there is no water.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, carrots and stir fry for a while.

Turn to casserole, add water to boil, turn to low heat and simmer.

Add potatoes and curry when they are almost cooked, and cook until the potatoes are cooked and curry is finished. (If the curry is salty, you don't need to add salt, chicken essence)
7.
Finished, full of curry fragrance.
Tips:
Because children don’t eat spicy, I use the original curry. If you like spicy, you can change it to spicy curry.
