Braised Beef Noodles

Wash the beef first, then boil it in cold water and discard.

Pour water again, add beef, green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, etc. and cook for 4 hours. (Skimming the froth in the middle)

Help the elderly fish out and cut into cubes of meat, carrots also cut into cubes, green onion, ginger and garlic.
