Huang Jing Yak Beef Soup

Ingredients: 50 grams of Polygonatum, 250 grams of yak meat, 4 slices of ginger, a little coriander, moderate water

Tips:
1. Yak meat has a strong smell, so soaking in cooking wine for a long time can reduce the smell.
