Fried Yak with Snow Pea

After removing the two tendons of snow peas, wash and control the moisture, soak the black fungus in advance and blanch in water, slice the cooked yak meat, slice the green onion, ginger and garlic together and set aside;

Tips:
1. Snow peas must be cooked before they can be eaten. Stir-fry on a low fire during frying. The fire should not be too fast so that the snow peas will not be cooked but will become mushy;
2. Yak can be replaced with other meat ingredients, and the amount of oyster sauce can be adjusted according to your own taste.
