Braised Black Fish in Sauce

The black fish is cleaned up.

Scallion, ginger, garlic, and pepper cut into circles. Prepare another sauce: a tablespoon of bean paste, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, and a tablespoon of rice vinegar. Mix well and set aside.

Put the bottom oil in the pot and saute the onion, ginger and garlic.

After the aroma is released, put the sauce in a small bowl and stir-fry the sauce over low heat.

Add the black fish and fry it over medium heat.

Flip it over and fry for a while, add white wine.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes with a lid. Turn the high heat to a low heat and simmer.

Put salt and a little sugar before serving. Finally, put the green onion and chili rings.
