Braised Bream

Wash the fish inside and out,

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and set aside

Pour edible oil into the pot, add star anise, chili, sliced ginger and green onion and stir fry until fragrant

Add the stewed fish and fry on both sides
5.
After a little frying, pour in some water, add salt and cooking wine

For about ten minutes, use a spatula to skim the scum and turn over the fish body
