Braised Bream and Winter Melon

Wash the bream, make a few strokes, and fry it.

Turn over and continue frying.
3.
Add green onions, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns until fragrant.
4.
Add cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, and water.
5.
Add winter melon slices and stew together.
6.
Sprinkle chicken essence out of the pot when the soup is almost dry.
