Fish is one of our family's favorite foods! My husband and I eat more fish on the back. Fish belly thorns are less picked for the baby to eat! The fish head is mine! Haha! Even eating fish head is not elegant at all! Because I am a female man! "

Braised Bream in Soy Sauce

1. Wash one bream. Wash the black film in the fish maw

2. Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic

3. Heat the pan and put an appropriate amount of fried fish. The fish needs to be wiped dry with kitchen paper or it hurts if the oil spills out!

4. Turn it over after one side is golden

5. Put the fish out or transfer to the side of the pot when both sides are golden. Use leftover oil to stir fragrant materials

6. Put a spoonful of bean paste on low heat and stir up the fragrance

7. Stir fragrant, cook in appropriate amount of cooking wine, vinaigrette soy sauce and sugar

8. I use June-flavored bean paste. You can choose your favorite sauce

9. Put in the boiling water that has not passed the fish body. The picture has been simmering for a while! After simmering for ten minutes, turn it over and simmer for five minutes, it's almost the same!

10. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions on the saucepan! Serve the rice!

Tips:

The bean paste needs to be scented to make the sauce rich enough!
