Braised Brook Fish

Stream fish, clean up, drain the water, and set aside;

Prepare various seasonings: ginger, garlic, red pepper, garlic sprouts;

Prepare a plate of sauce water for later use, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and a spoonful of water, stir, and mix thoroughly;

Heat the pan, add oil, add salt, shake the pan, wait for 8 minutes to heat, add the stream fish;

Slow fire, fry the brook fish with golden brown on both sides, add garlic, ginger and red pepper, and stir fragrant;

Add the sauce prepared in 3 above. If the amount of water is not enough, you can add more to just wipe the stream fish;

Smolder, bring to a boil on high fire, open the lid, collect the juice, and the juice depends on personal preference. If you like more, you can cook less for a while. If you don’t like too much soup, then cook for more. Add garlic leaves and you can get out of the pot. ;

Tips:
If you want to burn fish, you can add cold water to it to get rid of fishy. When frying the fish, add salt to prevent the oil from splashing~~
