Braised Brook Fish Platter

Stream fish treated clean and drain the water. Put the oil in the pan to heat up, and fry the fish on a low fire

Flip and fry until golden

Add ginger and garlic and stir fragrant

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onion knot, add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook over medium-to-small heat for flavor
5.
Heat the sauce and make it out of the pot
