Fish Noodle Soup

A day’s harvest, fresh stream fish caught.

Select part of the small stream fish to remove the viscera and wash it.

Put it in a pressure cooker, add salt, cooking wine, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and appropriate amount of water, cover the high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes.

Fold the beans into sections, peel the loofah, and cut into small sections.

Prepare the noodles.

After the pressure cooker fish soup is cooked, strain the soup into a pot, bring to a boil, add the beans and loofah.

Add the noodles and cook.

Use salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and chives to make a sauce.

Put the cooked noodles into a bowl.

With the sauce, it is a bowl of fragrant fish noodle soup.
