Braised Duck Wings

After washing the duck wings, cut them into sections, add water, cooking wine, ginger slices, dried chilies, and blanch them in a pot, then rinse them out and drain.

Chop the ginger and garlic, cut the dried chili into sections, and rinse the star anise and cinnamon with water.

Pour oil into the pot and heat up, add duck wings and stir fry for three to four minutes.

Add seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water to a high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

The soup is fast-drying and season with salt, sugar, and chicken essence! Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
