Braised Fish Balls

Add a small amount of oil to the wok, fry three slices of ginger and 8 grams of shredded onion.

Add the peeled and diced tomatoes. If you don't like lumps, if you like soup, you can use a blender to mash it in advance.

Add tomatoes and stir fry for a while.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

Add homemade fish balls to a bowl and simmer for 3 minutes, then add a piece of red tomato stew.

Stew until the soup thickens, add cooked peas and cook.
