Braised Fish Balls with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Soak the black fungus in advance

Blanch the winter bamboo shoots and slice them

Carrots peeled and sliced

The homemade fish balls are too big, cut in half

Stir-fry ginger slices in a frying pan, add winter bamboo shoots, carrot slices, and black fungus, stir fry evenly

Then add fish balls, mix well, add some cooking wine and salt

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while

Add some chicken powder and mix well, then add wet starch to thicken

Sprinkle sesame oil and chopped green onion before serving

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
I cut the fish balls in half because my own fish balls are too big. If your fish balls are not big, you can cook them whole.
