Braised Flat Fish

Cut peppers and green onions into sections, and slice garlic cloves.

Wash the fish with a knife, add salt, vinegar, cooking wine, and marinate the fish belly with green onion, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.

Put oil in the pot, heat it to 50 minutes hot and add the bream.

Fry until golden on both sides, add green onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir fry for flavor.
5.
Add the dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and vinegar and simmer for seven or eight minutes.

Tips:
The fish is marinated first, and the soy sauce is put on the dark soy for coloring.
