1. Cut peppers and green onions into sections, and slice garlic cloves.

2. Wash the fish with a knife, add salt, vinegar, cooking wine, and marinate the fish belly with green onion, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.

3. Put oil in the pot, heat it to 50 minutes hot and add the bream.

Tips:
