Braised Herring with Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients: dried herring, sweet potato oil, soy sauce, white sugar, chicken essence, ginger, spring onion, cooking wine, small pepper

Shred the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and cut the small sharp pepper into diagonal sections.

Wash herring with cold water bubbles

Tips:
Don't put the salt, the herring is a bit salty
Add soy sauce to make the sweet potato strips salty
Dried herring is very salty, sweet potato just can neutralize the saltiness of herring
