Stir-fried Small Herring with Parsley

Ingredients: dried parsley, small herring, dried red pepper, ginger, soy sauce, white sugar, cooking wine, chicken essence

Tips:
The small herring is very salty. Soak in water for more than 30 minutes. Soak it to remove the salty taste. Generally, do not put salt in the frying. If there are many side dishes, add salt before adding salt.
