Braised Pork Ribs with Beans

Ribs washed and blanched

Heat the super ginger shreds in the oil, stir fry until fragrant, pour in the ribs and stir fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir-fry for a while and then add water.

Simmer the ribs on low heat for an hour, add salt, add the washed beans and continue to simmer

After the ribs are simmered with soft rotten beans, the sauce is collected over a high heat, and the chopped green onion is sprinkled on the plate!
