Prepare the materials

Boil water in a pot, wash the ribs and put them in boiling water for three minutes, drain and set a plate for later use.

Chop the tempeh together with the washed garlic and ginger.

Put a little oil in the hot pan (not too much, because the tempeh and the ribs are all oily) sauté the tempeh, minced garlic and minced ginger.
