Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

The ribs are blanched and marinated in white wine, sugar and soy sauce for half an hour

Heat the oil in the pot and add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Stir-fry until the ribs are slightly cooked on both sides, pour hot water over the ribs, and simmer for half an hour

Tips:
1. Spare ribs can be selected from the front row or the small row, which are marinated and stewed;
2. The time for simmering ribs should be longer, simmering on low heat or pressing it in a pressure cooker to taste crispy;
3. The sugar can be brown sugar, the color is more beautiful.
