Lentil Braised Pork Ribs

1 kg of lentils.

Wash and tear off old tendons.

One front rib (bone), cut into pieces, soak in running water for 20 minutes, pick up and drain the water, garlic, and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pan and stir fry the lentils.

Fry until the lentils change color and set aside.

Raise the frying pan and add garlic cloves until fragrant.

Add the ribs and stir-fry until slightly yellow, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until they are colored.

I missed a picture of the ribs fried and colored...Add the water that hasn't used the ribs, bring the high heat to a low heat and continue to braise.

Simmer until the ribs are 80% soft and rotten, add the sauteed lentils, and add some salt.
10.
Cook until the soup thickens.
