People who grew up in the Northeast basically like to eat fried beans, especially the ribs stewed with beans. However, it seems that this carob can only grow in the north, even if it does not grow as much as in Beijing and Dalian in the north. The seeds are planted in the south but they only bloom without fruit. Maybe only the black soil can produce the green beans...
Closer to home, the braised pork ribs with beans is delicious when the beans are soft and rotten but still green, and the ribs are delicious and fragrant and oily. The deliciousness can’t stop, absolutely worthy of the 45-minute wait (☆_☆)"
