Braised Pork with Beer

Wash the skin-on meat, cut into pieces, and put it in the pot.

Add ginger slices.

Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce with rock candy.

Pour beer over the meat, bring the pot to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer slowly. Remember to turn it up and down halfway.
5.
It takes about 30 minutes to serve.
