Stewed Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom

First remove the root part of the tea tree mushroom, and then wash it.

Boil it in boiling water.

Wash the meat and cut into slices 1 cm thick.

Boil it in a pot.
5.
Remove and control the water.
6.
Scallions, sliced ginger.

Put oil in the pan, add green onion and ginger and stir fry until it is fragrant.

Put the meat and stir fry.
9.
Add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir fry.

Put in sugar and add appropriate amount of water.

Pour into an electric pressure cooker.
12.
Add tea tree mushrooms.
13.
Add star anise and cinnamon.
14.
Put the lid on, press the meat ribs button for 40 minutes and it's ready.
15.
Put it on the plate and you're ready to eat.
Tips:
1. Wash the tea tree mushrooms first and blanch them with hot water.
2. Pork slices should be blanched in hot water.
3. Put the blanched meat into the pot and stir-fry, and then put it in an electric pressure cooker to save time.
