Meatball Potato Soup

Wash the green onion and ginger for later use.

Chop skin-on meat into minced meat.

Add chopped green onion and ginger.

Pour in the pepper water, cooking wine, soy sauce, and eggs and stir clockwise until it becomes viscous.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, and wash off the starch on the surface with water.

Add clear water to the pot, and sprinkle several peppercorns, one aniseed. After the water is boiled, use a small spoon to scoop the meat into the pot as round as possible.

Finish all the meat in turn, then add the potato pieces. Cover the pot for about 25 minutes.

Add refined salt, stir well, pour it into a soup bowl, and serve.
