Braised Prawns in Homemade Oil

First cut off the shrimp gun and shrimp feet, then cut the shrimp back with a knife, pull out the intestines and clean them.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the ginger and sauté.

Drain the cleaned prawns and put them in the pot until they are golden brown on both sides.

Then add cooking wine.

Add light soy sauce and a little water and stir well.

Cook until the soup begins to collect juice.

Turn off the heat after seasoning with sugar.

Tips:
The shrimp must be cracked. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste.
