As soon as the new year is over, the countdown to the New Year begins, and I am also scheduled to have a New Year’s dinner tonight. It was surprisingly lively to arrive at the seafood market at 11 o'clock in the morning. The water tanks selling pipa shrimps were all empty. After inquiring, I realized that I was late and they were all sold out. But I can't go home empty-handed. After going back and forth several times, I decided to buy 6 prawns. I don't know how to do it, so I bought it back for business.

Ingredients

Braised Prawns with Glutinous Rice

1. Clean, cut long beards, shrimp feet, open back, and remove shrimp threads

2. Touch the cooking wine on the cleaned shrimp and put it in the refrigerator for two hours; Sauce: mix the light soy sauce, bean paste, tomato sauce, glutinous rice, and mineral water.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up, add the shrimps to fry on both sides and turn the color into the pan (no need to be fully cooked)

4. Pour some oil in the hot pan, add ginger, garlic, green onion and sauté until fragrant, pour in the adjusted sauce and boil open to the prawns, add sugar, pepper, and salt (if necessary)

5. After serving, pour a little sauce in the pot on the shrimp, sprinkle with chopped green onion and red pepper

6. The first time I burned it, I was a little frantic. I didn't even think of taking pictures in the process. I could only describe it in words. If you like spicy food, you can add chili during the cooking process.
