Braised Ribs

Boil the ribs, wash and set aside.

Stir-fry the rock sugar until sesame oil color.
3.
Add the ribs and stir-fry until golden, cook with cooking wine, old vinegar, and remove the fishy.

Add thirteen spices, green onion, ginger, dark soy sauce, salt, and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Put the ribs in a pressure cooker, heat water, and simmer for 35 minutes.
6.
Stew until the ribs are tender.
Tips:
Stir-fry the sugar color with a low heat, and stir-fry until the sesame oil color, it will be bitter after frying.
