I bought some seafood online a few days ago. The sea fish was almost fresh, so I made a braised sea fish. My son’s chopsticks are just like raining.

Braised Sea Fish

1. Wash sea fish and drain

2. Heat up the oil pan, add ginger slices

3. Add sea fish and fry until golden on both sides.

4. Add cooking wine, salt, dark soy sauce, and water that has not been used for fish. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium heat.

5. Cook until there is a little bit of soup left, sprinkle chopped green onion and cook out.

Tips:

1. If you like garlic, add garlic cloves. \n2. Don't collect the soup too dry in the end.
