Braised Snails in Sauce

Wash and chop green peppers, prepare chili and soybean paste.

Wash the snails and break off the tips.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and add chili and saute until fragrant.

Add the snails and stir fry.
5.
Add soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add a small amount of water, cover and simmer.
Tips:
1. The tip of the oncomelania can be broken off by the master when buying it, which is very troublesome for yourself;
