A dish that my family likes very much, I have to stir-fry more every time, and it's good with wine and rice.

Ingredients

Braised Snails in Sauce

1. Wash and chop green peppers, prepare chili and soybean paste.

2. Wash the snails and break off the tips.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add chili and saute until fragrant.

4. Add the snails and stir fry.

5. Add soy sauce and stir fry.

6. Add a small amount of water, cover and simmer.

Tips:

1. The tip of the oncomelania can be broken off by the master when buying it, which is very troublesome for yourself;
2. If you don't know when it will be cooked, just take out one snail that can suck out the snail meat and it will be cooked.
