Spicy Stir-fried Nail Snails

Wash the snails and break off the tip of the tail

Cut the chili and ginger and set aside
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add chili, ginger slices and stir fry
4.
Stir fry with snails
5.
Add oyster sauce and continue to stir fry
6.
Add in Weijixian soy sauce, continue to fry with salt, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, take out one that can suck out the snail meat.
Tips:
If you don't know when the snails are cooked, cover and stew for 2 minutes and then take out one to try. If you can suck out the snails, they will be cooked. Quickly turn off the heat and not make the snails become too hot.
