Tips:
1. After washing the snails, pour them into boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, which can effectively kill the parasites (you can cook for a few more minutes if you are afraid). It took about 11 minutes for me to cook and fry;
2. Yellow peppers are more spicy. If you can't accept it, you can use other peppers instead;
3. If you don't like coriander, you can use chives or celery instead.
