Breadmaker Version Black Rice Toast

Pour water, egg liquid, sugar and salt diagonally.

Pour in the flour and add yeast on the top of the flour.

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, and select the kneading program for 10 minutes.

At the end of the first dough mixing, add the butter cut into small pieces.

Continue to choose the dough mixing program for 18 minutes. Different types of bread machines will have different mixing times. A good dough can be pulled out of the glove film, and you can clearly see a lot of tiny black rice particles.

Let the dough rise to double its size at room temperature.

Take out the fermented dough, put it on the chopping board and gently press to exhaust, and divide it into two equal parts. Cover with plastic wrap and let relax for 15 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into an oval shape with the smooth side facing down.

Roll up, cover with plastic wrap, and continue to relax for 15 minutes.

Roll out the loosened dough into a tongue shape, and thin the end.

Roll it up from top to bottom, put it in a bread bucket, select the fermentation function of the bread machine, and ferment to 70% full.

After fermentation, select the baking function and bake for 35 minutes.

After baking, immediately take out the bread, pour it on a drying rack to cool, and store it in a fresh-keeping bag at room temperature.
