Breadmaker Version of Freshly Brewed Yogurt

First remove the mixing knife from the bread bucket, and then pour 1 liter of pure milk

Then add 1 gram of probiotic powder

Stir clockwise with a spoon for 30 seconds to evenly distribute the bacterial powder

Put on the lid of the bread machine, select the yogurt program, the time is 8 hours

When the time is up, add 80 grams of caster sugar

The successfully fermented yogurt can support the added sugar, see the picture. After adding the granulated sugar, remember to stir it evenly, then put it into a yogurt bottle, and passivate the fresh-keeping layer in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours before drinking, making it smoother and thicker.
Tips:
1. During the process of fermenting yogurt in the bread machine, do not move the bread machine, so as not to affect the fermentation.
2. The prepared yogurt can be drunk hot or after passivation in the refrigerator. The passivated yogurt will be thicker.
