Breakfast Sandwich Rolls

Use Dongling 1352 bread machine to make a one-key standard bread in advance, or make an appointment the next night. One-click bread making is very convenient. Put all the following ingredients into the bread machine in order: 150g water, 15g milk powder, 50g whole egg liquid, 2g salt, 45g fine sugar, 300g high-gluten bread flour, yeast 4.5 grams, 30 grams of butter.

I used the sweet bread menu, and the preparation time was 2 hours and 22 minutes, if using the standard bread menu, the time was 2 hours.

After making, the bread machine will sound a reminder.

If the bread is made in advance, take it out in time after making the bread, and keep it in a sealed bag after cooling.

The next morning, you can start making sandwich rolls. First prepare the ingredients: three sausages, 20 grams of sweet corn, a few slices of lemon mint leaves, and 10 grams of mozzarella cheese.

After blanching the sweet corn, drain the water. Wash the lemon mint leaves and wipe dry. After chopped, add black pepper and corn kernels and mix well. .

Take out the bread made the next night and cut out three even slices.

Put a portion of lemon sweet corn and mozzarella cheese in the middle of the toast slice.

Tips:
1. I bought the frozen sweet corn. Drain the water after blanching, otherwise water will come out during the roasting process.
