Maple Syrup Banana Toast

Butter melts in water

Spread the melted butter on the surface of the toast

Put banana slices on toast

Bake in the oven at 180°C for ten minutes

Tips:
1. White granulated sugar I use Ganzhiyuan double-carbon granulated sugar. This granule is a bit thicker than the fine granulated sugar that is usually baked, so that it is not easy to bake off and has a better taste;
2. If maple syrup is not available, honey can be used instead;
3. Bake the toast until it is crispy;
4. The blackening of bananas does not affect the consumption. If you really don’t like the blackening, you can apply some lemon juice to save it.
