Bream Tofu Soup

Clean up fresh bream.
2.
Tofu and ingredients are set aside.
3.
Heat the oil pan and add the bream.
4.
Fry until the skin is slightly off the surface, turn it over.
5.
Add sliced ginger, garlic and green onion knot.
6.
Pour in the right amount of boiling water.
7.
Add the right amount of cooking wine.
8.
Pour the soup into the Hammers pot.
9.
Cut the tofu into large pieces and blanch.
10.
Cook until the soup is white, add tofu cubes.
11.
Add the right amount of salt and leave the pot.
