Broad Sauerkraut Shreds

Main ingredients: wide vermicelli, sauerkraut shreds, pork slices.

Soak the broad vermicelli for about 2 hours. Soak it softly.

Add soup to the pot, add sauerkraut shreds and cook.

Take it out and put it on the side of the bowl.
5.
Put the wide vermicelli in a pot and blanch until cooked.

Put the blanched broad vermicelli into the other side of the bowl.

Then add the meat slices and blanch it.

Put the cooked meat slices into the bowl.
9.
Put the chopped green onion on top.
10.
Add concentrated stock to the soup and season with salt.
11.
Pour the flavored fresh soup into a bowl and serve.
Tips:
1. Concentrated stock is available in supermarkets.
2. When the meat slices are blanched, the meat slices can change color after boiling.
