Brown Sugar Hair Cake

Weigh 75 grams of glutinous rice flour

Mix the low-gluten flour and glutinous rice flour evenly.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to embellish the black currant after fermentation. I placed it before fermentation and waited for the edges to be unsightly after fermentation.
2. If there is no blackcurrant, you can use other dried fruits instead.
