Brown Sugar Peanut Gnocchi Filling

Stir-fry the peanuts over a low heat, or roast them in the oven

Rub off the peanut coat

Use noodles to smash, fine. If the amount is large, it’s better to use a food processor to grind it

Brown sugar steamed on medium heat for 20 minutes

Tips:
If you don’t like lard, you can substitute peanut oil or salad oil
