Put the chocolate in the container; heat the water while stirring to melt the chocolate

Continue to heat to between 50℃~55℃, remove from the fire

Continue to stir and let cool to 27°C; put the chocolate container into hot water and reheat it to between 30°C and 32°C

Peel the almonds and chop them into fine pieces, then cut the raisins into cubes; put the chocolate in a piping bag, squeeze into the mold, and sprinkle the chopped almonds and raisins; place it in a cold place or refrigerate to help solidify quickly, and then demould it.
