Burning Cloud Toast

Separate the egg whites and yolks of the two eggs without loosening the egg yolks. Add 5 grams of sugar and beat the two egg whites.

Divide the whipped egg whites into two equally. Put half of the egg whites on a piece of toast. Don’t smooth it out to create a cloud look. Dig a small hole in the egg white and put the egg yolk in it.

Put the fired cloud toast in the oven at 140 to 150 degrees for fifteen minutes and it’s done
Tips:
The fire shouldn’t be too big or too small, otherwise it won’t be colored or burnt.
