Burning Cloud Toast

Prepare 2 slices of toast and an egg

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and add sugar to the egg whites (fine sugar or soft sugar can be used)

Beat the egg whites with a whisk at high speed until stiff foaming

Use a spatula to spread the meringue on the toast, without smoothing, leave a small pit in the middle, put the egg yolk in the middle, just use one egg, only one yolk

Put it in a preheated 140 degree oven, middle level, bake for about 15 minutes
