All materials except butter are put into the bread bucket;

Put the bread bucket in the bread machine, first select a kneading program for 10 minutes;

After the dough can pull out the thick film, add softened butter and continue to knead the dough for about 20 minutes;

The dough can be pulled out of this film, and the edge of the hole has a microwave jagged shape, so it is enough to make a small bread;

The dough is rounded, put in a bucket, covered with a piece of damp cloth, select the "fermentation" program, tentatively set 1 hour, depending on the state of the dough to decide whether to extend the time;

When the dough is 2-2.5 times the original size, dip your fingers in the flour and poke a hole on the top of the dough without collapsing or shrinking, and fermentation is successful;

Put the dough on the kneading pad, knead it a few times to exhaust, weigh it and divide it into 5 equal parts;

The 5 pieces were rounded separately and put into the hamburger mold. If not, put them directly on the baking tray. Put them in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation. I put them in the oven and put a bowl of water to increase the humidity;

When the dough is twice its original size, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle a little white sesame seeds. At this time, the oven will start to preheat at 185 degrees and the temperature will be adjusted according to the situation of the oven;

Put the hamburger greens into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 185 degrees, up and down, 25 minutes, when the surface color reaches your satisfaction, you can cover with tin foil;

After being out of the oven, the mold will be demoulded, and it can be stored in the bag when it is dried on the drying rack until the hand temperature
Tips:
1. If there is no mold, it can be directly kneaded into a dough and placed in a non-stick baking pan, or in a baking pan covered with greased paper; molds can make the shape more beautiful;
2. The baking time and temperature are adjusted according to your own oven;
3. The burger can be filled as you like, I used eggs, cucumber and tomato sauce.
