Butter Peach Quinoa Salad

Ingredients are prepared.

Bring water to a boil, add the quinoa to a boil. The quinoa I use is no-washing and no-soaking, so it's very convenient to cook it directly.

Cook on medium and low heat for about 10 minutes, and set the time according to your favorite taste.

The cooked quinoa is drained. This quinoa is clean and full of grains.

Peel the butter peach into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

Put half of the quinoa.

Add another half of the wheat fruit to be crispy.

Pour the yogurt.

Finally, sprinkle with the remaining wheat crackers and quinoa, and mix well when you eat. It is a very good fat-reducing breakfast.
Tips:
I only ate a small and a half of this bowl and I was very full. Butter peach and quinoa are too full.
If you don’t have wheat fruit crisp, you can use various nuts instead, and butter peaches can also be replaced with other peaches.
