Butterscotch Popcorn

Heat a piece of butter in the wok, then pour in small corn kernels and stir fry

Stir-fry until the first corn kernels pop and cover the pot until only 3 to 5 corn pops are heard. Open the lid and pop out popcorn.

Heat butter in the pan, then pour in rock sugar powder and stir-fry slowly, then pour in popcorn, stir fry, and then out of the pan
